I purchased a model Helicopter from a private seller on Ebay, when I got the item 2 parts were missing so he said he would send them on to me, I took the Helicopter to my local model shop and they told me one of the electronic parts fitted to it was inferior and not as advertised on his Ebay advert.
I contacted the seller and we agreed that the item be sent back and that he would refund my money in full, he now has the item and is refusing to refund my £228 because he says the item has been tampered with (which it has not) I have spoken to Ebay who are saying they will intervene after 8 days but I think there is no guarantee I will ever see this money again.
