    Had a two year boundary dispute on a lease/joint freehold property
    at mediation both signed a new plan and deed of varation
    court signed tomlin order that needed action. BY 12 dec 14
    paid the other solicitors to do the work
    requested Draft order ....silent now for three months
    would the land registry write and acknowledge deed to owners has been registered
    do they not need mortgage approval
    not sure why this idiot neighbour sols who doesn't seem to know much about conveyencing has not responded to request
    very strange
