  • How do I get money from Claimant as ordered by the judge?

    Hi,

Cut long story short 28 January 2014, I went to court over a claim against me from MKDP LLP. Claimant didn't turn up and so the judge gave me order of cost of £90. Never got anything nor heard from MKDP LLP. In fact the reason I now remember about this case is when they sent me a letter for that claim saying they are going to get a charging order on my house for none payment of claim that they won!

I tried phoning but no respond.. any idea how I could get this money from them.Surely they must pay me since the judge has ordered it Could do with the money to be honest to buy my son a new bed.

    Thanks
    Zan

Try a third party order on their bank account, county court will have the forms ,small cost , it will only fail in the event there is no money in the account.

You make a Formal Complaint to Ms Sara Lambert CEO of the Compello Group (MKDP's Parent)
Give all the details of the claim and a copy of the judgement order and require the company to pay
the cost awarded immediately or the matter is going to be referred back to the court which will of course
      mean further costs to MKDP.
