  • CCJ Claim Lowell et al!!! Statute barred

Hi to everyone. I have just joined the forum and would be grateful for support in my first CCJ Claim defence. I have acknowledged service online and started my defence. However I am awaiting evidence to confirm statute barred. Also the claim (for a mobile phone contract) is being investigated by O2 fraud team as it would appear, from the evidence I have so far, that the bill was run up in my name by a 3rd party. Highly likely an ex partner of a family member. This will be difficult to prove however. My main question therefore is.. Do I submit my SB defence now or wait for the further evidence to arrive..If at all? So far I have simply saved my defence progress as Statute barred quoting section 5 and that I denied the debt..Is that sufficient??. So can I simply submit the SB defence and elaborate with details later? Or do I wait and fill out a full and detailed defence? Rather unclear online. Many thanks in advance.
