  • Sending SAR after marriage (maiden name/married surname)

    Hi,
I am helping my wife send a SAR to Capital One. As part of this SAR request, a photocopy of a passport and utilities bill will be provided along with a cheque for £10. My wife's passport details have her married surname on them, however the utilities bills and the cheque have her maiden name...

Is this something that will affect the SAR given how fastidious/pedantic these claims can be treated and if so whats the best solution?

    Thanks,
    Andy

A copy of a marriage certificate would suffice.
Make sure the SAR is signed.
