    Hi all,

My daughter recieved a parking ticket issued by parking Eye. She followed the advice on Money expert which advised to ignore the letters. this she did. However in the mean time she moved house. she has just revieved a redirected piece of mail which has advised her that a CCJ has been been issued against her and is now on her file.

any advice on what she should do next.

    Many thanks.

She only recieved a phone call 2 days ago that aletter had arrived at an old property she rented 3 yars ago. It had been Returned to sender numerous times.

Not sure of the issue of the CCJ. I will find out.

Would she be notified of this by Parking Eye or the courts, as i have afeeling she hasn't recieved anything from the court.

        This needs dealt with asap.

Either she needs to set it aside and fight it which costs £155 (perhaps this will be recovered)

        Or

She needs to pay within 28 days to avoid a crappy credit record for 6 years.
