    Ok sent after the Reston letter.
    I'd be inclined to e-mail Reston and tell them about the Apex letter, often the left hand knows what the right is doing.

        No , you MUST defend, you can not rely on Apex putting it on hold.

          Hello,

          Well, after receiving a letter to say that the information could not be provided. I get another letter with a copy of my signature, and them telling me they have now supplied the information needed. This from Calbot.

          This is long after the allotted time to provide the said info. They are asking for my negotiation or they say the will start court proceedures, what now please?
