  • Excessive Bailiff fees

I have a previous post on here about my current situation with bailiffs (http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...1st-experience!!!)

From advice I been given it has been made clear to me that the fact I am being charged 2 ENFORCEMENT FEES on 2 liability orders from the same date is a wrongful charge. Now i have rang the council and complained and they said I need to contact the bailiffs directly as now the account is passed they cant do anything (even though they can take payment). On top of that he has made claims above his ability and is insisting that I pay on of the bills in full which I can not do.

I am now trying to work out my best cause of action. Would that be sending letter 4 of the useful letters (http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...Useful-Letters) or would it be better to go directly into council office and delivering it in person.

I am want to get this sorted asap as constant threats that the bailiff is going to come to my house is causing me a great deal of stress.

Thanks for any advice you can give me

    Re: Excessive Bailiff fees

Hi, can you please put some figures on here
The Black rat (Rattus rattus) is a common (hence the accusation of being Pleb) long-tailed rodent of the genus Rattus (rats) in the subfamily Murinae (murine rodents). The species originated in tropical Asia and spread through the Near East in Roman times (another thing that we ought to thanks the Romans for, besides roads, aqueducts and public toilets) before reaching Europe by the 1st century and spreading with Europeans across the world.

A mutation of the beast now comes black leather clad, riding a motorcycle that looks like a battenbergh cake on wheels.

A skilled predator, totally ruthless with it's prey, but also known to be extremely generous in doling out tickes that can provide points for motorists who want to downsize from mechanically propelled vehicles to bycicles.

It's a dirty job, but someone got to do it!

My opinions are free to anyone who wishes to make them theirs, but please be advised that my opinions might change without warning once more true facts are ascertained
