      Re: Hi all

I had a lot of charges myself £1680 odd with Halifax and £700 odd with Nationwide lloyds and Halifax also Santander are bad with overdraft fees. £1 a day charges.Ok you have contacted the bank and they have offered you the £410. Write a letter to them saying that you would like a refund of all of the fees that you have had do you have a packaged account or is it a current account?. Contact the FOS Financial Ombudsman service and they will investigate your complaint also do you have all of your bank statements. If lloyds do not give you the £2000 back threaten them with going to the small claims court. You can have them over for breach of contract financial hardship. Unfair Selling of accounts etc. I suggest that when you get a refund of fees switch to another bank Not Halifax Lloyds or Santander any questions feel free to ask cheers.
