It was after the 6 years, thank you for your advice, and amethyst you are kind, yes as soon as I get the papers I will attempt to get them on hear. And a big thank you to Kati for information, guys I really appreciate for everything you are doing for me

The bailiffs would only be able to stand on the doorstep (unless you let them in - which I'd advise strongly against!!!!!) without getting a court order first - so they wouldn't be able to take anything from inside your houseOriginally posted by Caroll54 View Post

Even if there is a CCJ they still cannot enter your home unless you allow them OR if you leave a door or window open its called "peaceful entry"Originally posted by Caroll54 View Post

Carol, further to my previous posts if you enter the defence I've suggested then you are not admitting the dept whereas if you write a normal defence where you will be expected to confirm you did enter into said contract you will have to make it perfectly clear that the debt is TB"dComment

Yes I stopped the £3.00 payment over 6 years ago, thanks for your help, I know I keep repeating myself ... But how can they put a CCJ on my credit report without court papers??? I still can not believe it, stupidity I thought after all the different times the debt had been sold, and the time it has been ..... But I am wrong, now I'm scared... And I can't see any end to this situation
also I was given letters claiming to be court papers, but once again I have been stupid and thrown themComment
