  • High court writ in business name only

hi, hopefully somebody here can shed light on this matter i have. i have recently received a high court writ from a company, which only states a business name. the writ states "cheshire fencing ( A FIRM )", but does not state who is trading as this.. i have seen on websites that a writ for a sole trader should have for example "joe bloggs T/A cheshire fencing (A FIRM)".. this writ has been sent too my home address which has absolutley no affiliation with any fencing company, and has no possesions whatsover in "cheshire fencing" name.

where do i stand and where does the enforcement company stand??? they have also put on the writ a phone number which belongs too another business in town, which has nothing too do with fencing but sells roofing supplies

    regards franky
