Hi Guys
Arrow bought 2 alleged debts from MBNA and have utilised 6 different DCA's / Solicitors so far. Have now received communication from Blake Lapthorn & Wilkin Chapman threatening court action. I have replied to both stating my last communication from another solicitor over 12 months ago was unanswered and I had requested, original CCA, Notice of assignment, default notice. Also both these debts had a payment arrangment of £0 with MBNA and have been told that there is something called Estoppel which would prevent Arrow from persuing.
Any ideas please. Also does the CCA have to be an original signed one (original agreements were pre 2007,
