    An incentive (no idea what that was) for solar power.... ooooo eeeeeee.. I just told him we lived in a council house and he went away. Quite a polite young man, but I really don't want solar power.

                  There was someone there but they remained silent as I repeatedly said hello. The time was approximately 5pm - I assume the call was just ready for clocking off and unable to comprehend how intrusive and annoying this really is.
