Still no notice on their website... that's usually the first thing the administrators get done.

We'll have to wait for official confirmation ... when this happens, your best bet is to put in a claim with the administrators to get any money back.

I've got my fingers crossed for you

Thanks - would the FCA be able to tell me if I phone them.

I'm not sure ... you can always try

They'll most likely publish a press release within a few days

As said, most likley place is on their website. Most administrators will replace or put on the website home page a notice of their details.

Should also appear in the London Gazette eventually. 7-14 days very roughly I think?

Companies house may also get the data fairly soon? Maybe.....

As soon as reasonably practicable, an administrator must send a notice of his or her appointment to the company and each of its creditors and publish notice of his or her appointment in the Gazette and in a newspaper in the area where the company has its principal place of business.
@Last - you should receive a notice of administration soon according to this (thanks Nibbler for the link

Yes, should get something in writing, but can be damn slow with some administrators. Often the public notices go up before they get around to it.

So easier to keep an eye on the Gazette then??

Keep an eye on all avenues. Gazette will get there eventually (even if slow) as it legally must be done, so that is the fallback if nothing else happens sooner.

Think there is a limit of 14 days or something?

Shall have a look up, as I don't normally do much on the company side...

So the original notice from the FCA which stated Bourne's had to write to customer's by the 17th of Septemeber is that still a requirement or now they are with the administartors does that become void. I have had to wait 2 weeks with no news whats another of couple of anxiuous worrying weeks!!!!
