Hi, after a consultation with the CAB I submitted an application notice to set judgement aside. I was told to provide as much information as I could find to support the application
i was advised to get my application in ASAP which was done within 2 days of being made aware of the Enforcement notice.
If a. Judge rejects my application can I submit another one ? as I have now found some more evidence that would support me further.
I had the second visit to my home today from the EA, cost went from 4400 to 5200 I argued with them and got it down to 4600 but it's unbelievable that a bill for 1800 that never got sent to my home has now cost me this, it's just legalised theft.
