    Hi

A few weeks ago, I received a vague email from Scotcall, saying call them, quoting a reference number. So I replied with the prove it letter, and I have received a 'statement' in the post, it is a printed piece of paper with an Orange logo on it and looks more like a Bank statement to be honest, it has a few 'payments' of £32.74, and I know for a fact I have never had a contract for that much per Month. No signed agreement or anything like that, just this 1 sheet of paper that frankly, I could have done up myself.

Is there any other template letters I can reply with?

    Thanks in advance.

    Re: Scotcall

They are trying their luck. They specialise in statute barred debts and think that they can scare people into paying. I would just ignore them. If they start pestering you tell them to prove the debt or you will report them for harassment.
