11th Oct 13 LA Harrow registered with Court then 6th of Jan text warrant was authorised to reinforcement. Hope this makes sense as to me it's clear as mud!! Thanks

I received my letter from the EA saying the bailiffs were going to call in a couple of days, as of yet I've had no visit.... Thank goodness, usually how long does it take for them to come knocking?? Thanks

How long is a piece of string? I'm afraid it's one of those issues. The only thing you can pretty much guarantee is it will not be the time when they say.

Thanks.... I found out the info that Fair-Parking asked, will wait and see what he says, forms are on there way, letter sent to EA and LA stating I am doing the Stat Dec so will wait and see... Many thanks Wombats ��

I know a sworn statement of truth at my local solicitors is drop in off the street and costs about a fiver. I did one very recently.
