  • bailiffs marstons cant cope please help

    i had a letter today from marstons regarding a tv licence fine i have,when i filled in the court forms i enclosed a letter asking them to be able to pay £10.00 a week as i am on a very low income they say they never received anything ,i rang marstons and begged them to let me pay it weekly as i dont have a penny to my name but they refused,i am clinically depressed and right now feel like i cant go on i spoke to debtline who advised me to write to the courts and marstons and ay 10.00 a week to marstons via their automated system but im just so lost and cant see a way out of it please someone help

      How much was the fine?
      Did you attend Court?
      How long ago did this happen?
      Have you received a Further Steps Notice or similar from the Court asking you to bring your account up to date?
      Are you at the same address where all this happened?
