  • Proposed allocation to small claims track questionnaire

Have received the above and wanted a little advice on filling it out with regards to expert witnesses. Dispute is with my ISP over engineer visit. I want to include in defence evidence from a BT engineer. Would they be considered an expert witness or do they have to be registered with a body or some such? If I can list them then is this binding as I don't want to engage them unless it actually goes to court so don't know for sure if the named person would be available etc. if they would not constitute an expert witness then I presume I don't need to disclose anything right now?
