Now it was in my junk box, and apart from me removing the link is shown above exactly as it was in my box.

If I move it to my inbox, then all the blurb at the bottom disappears, so does anyone know what all the blurb is and what it does? (just out of interest)

In the Junk folder, the settings will usually block or not show any scripts, images etc.
These type of emails will sometime have scripts embedded that will notify the sender when they are delivered or read.
They usually do this by having an image in the email which is linked to a site. When the email is opened or made safe ro images allowed, the email will get the image from the website and display it in your email message. This also notifyes the site that your email address is a valid one, and therefore will continue to get send all the spam mail.

Natwest seems to be the main bank to inpersonate as i get about 4-5 from Natwest every day.

So in future dont open it, even in your junk folder, just delete it.

The most important bit which scammers seem to use and forget to take out is this bit.
NatWest Automated Mail Service. Please do not respond to this mail.
      That is the big HINT.

      Well the second sentence.

They dont want you to respond to the email,

They want you to click on the link in the email.
This is a Phishing scam, and they need you to click on the link that will lead you to a false log in screen, in which they will them obtain your log in details
