  • Capital One Credit Card Charges Reclaim

My OH just received the attached confusing letter from cap one regarding late payment and over limit fees that she had been charged since she opened the account to date.

Has anyone else who has tried to do the same recently received the same letter and is this just the usual first and final response ?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Cheers

Definatly a template run of the Mill letter (one letter covers all), of if this applies to you and the usual drivel about what they think, they can apply default etc if it is a true record of happeneing, others will no doubt respond further!

This is all standard drivel from C1.

You need to calculate every charge added to the account and start the reclaiming process. Do you have all the details of the charges?

        Has the account been defaulted?

Yes she does thanks and what spreadsheet will she use the compound interest one ?

No the account is not defaulted and still open. What letter should she respond with then if the original one was not suffice ?
