      Good luck. Hopefully you will get the same outcome. I thought when fee was paid that was it I was doomed but Hey ho all smiles in my neck of the woods at min.. Fingers crossed for you IOM xx

          Hi whatnest

          If you are referring to disclosure, you do what the court instructs, & do it on, or before, the date which the court has indicated.
          In Small Claims there is what is known as 'Standard Directions' which can be found in CPR PD 27 Annexe B.

          But sometimes different directions may be given.
