Well who are FIRE big blue writing been passed on by CABOT so they say any dealings with these any one or are they part of the same group
I had 2 debts with Cabot (old Barclaycard and Goldfish) I did pay them until about a year ago they started sending statements with different amounts or using my payments to pay just one of the debts
I did write to them asking for full statements so I could check the payments against my records they waffled on about retrieving the information so I wrote again saying I would withhold my payments until they could clarify exactly what I owed .That was about a year ago still not had the info and I have now been passed onto FIRE .

Fire is just an in-house collection agency. Have you sent a CCA request for these accounts? If not, I'd be sending one. :thumb:

      Hi FP
I have just posted one this morning along with one to SRJ and a letter to Bryan Carter as per your advice on another thread .
It seems they are all coming out of the woodwork at the minute so much for staying under the radar

Any other worms rearing their little heads should be given the same treatment. :thumb:
