  • FOI - FCA Re Press Release

    Hello,

I sent the FCA a FOI request on Friday about this press release asking for more information http://www.fca.org.uk/news/consumer-...sing-standards.

Specifically around how they identified their stats.

From reading the forum getting a response of anything useful from the FCA/FSA is like getting blood out of a stone.

But I'll let you know when I get a response.

The secured lending bit is not getting a "reason category" I hope there is only "one" case because they have just taken over responsibility &/or are in consultation over the regulations.

The FCA have a lot to do in this section............if they have the metal for it that is !

      Hey Fred,
Sorry I'm not with you, what do you mean secured lending is not getting a reason category?

          Sorry I'm with you.

I asked for information around this statement "
          • claiming that their product would help repair credit ratings,

          Specifically around Pay Day Lenders.
