Re: About an Atos PIP Assessment...What not to do.

atos is a private company,,it has no legal personality,,it is not a legal entity,it cannot compel you to do anything,,you have the right to be assessed by a qualified person,,,not a nurse or anyone else ,except a doctor, even then,,you can demand specialist,,since when did a nurse become qualified to assess stroke victim,,atos cannot legally argue that she is,,when your a nurse in the private sector, you can call yourself anything you want,,,even a health anylist,,she could not do the same working for the nhs, dont be fooled by all this slight of hand,,and trickery,,,atos has no legal powers,,none,,no more than does bnq,,,top shop,,ect,,,atos will trick you into giving consent to assessment,if you give consent,,you recognise this nurse or anyone else as,,qualified,,and you wave all your rights, but,,you have the right to a qualified person,,they seek consent by saying, are you happy to go ahead,,,say no,,,,no consent ,,no assessment,,their usual response to abondoned assessment is,,,we have received new infomation,so no assessment needed,,they lie,,they do not contact your gp,or dwp,,that cost money,,they target the easiest targets,,the least resistance,,as to home recording,,atos is private company,,it is your home,,your recording your property, you must tell assessor your recording then,,they cannot stop you,,though they will try to get you to sign a consent form, where they set the rules,,they have no legal powers to do this,,every thing atos asks of you is ,,only a request,,thats all,,atos filmed saying, get their consent,we cant make them do anything without it,,on their premises, they set the rules,,and conditions, of recording,,,atos is like bnq,,topshop.mns, arnots,,they have no legal power over you,none,..demand to see a specialist, who is qualified,,it is your right,,,the idea is to get assessment abondon,,a second one will cost atos money,,,and they cant stop your benefit,,or recomend anything to dwp, unless assessment has taken place, know your rights,,dont be passive,,dont give that nurse consent,,thats like letting a plumber mot your car,,atos must prove in court that the nurse is qualfied, they cant,,,which is why they want your consent,,,dont give them it
