Hello all,
I've got a loan with the provident, they have been good in the passed and have help me out once or twice.
I've fallen behind on payments, I have a agent come around one a week to collect money. Today I was I work and my partner was cleaning the house with the back door open and didn't hear the knock at the door, so the collections agent has enter the rear of the house via a bolted gate and knock on the bag door! Advise my partner that they have been asking neighbours to see if we still live there.
Now stop me if I'm wrong are they allowed to do this? They can't just let themselves into the back of my house or tell neighbours about my business!! what can be done if anything?? Can anyone help?
