I am making a claim for lost profit after the breach of a contract to supply goods and services to a company who sub contracted work to me. I mistakenly included letters to the court in which the company made an offer to settle "without prejudice". They have filed a defense claiming that no contract existed and pointed out my error. Can anyone tell me if the court will agree to removing the letters from the bundle of evidence I sent them or do I have to start a whole new claim. Thanks
Query re "without prejudice" letters wrongly included in submitted court money claim
