  • MBNA court claim

    Hi there,

I received a court claim back in 2012 in relation to an MBNC CC Debt. I believe the solicitors were Drysden Fairfax. I filed a defence and asked them to provide me with a copy of the agreement. None was forthcoming and the case was stayed.

I have today received a letter from Blake Lapthorn with what they say is the agreement (attached), and they give me 14 days to pay or they will apply to lift the stay and seek summary judgement.

Can anyone assist me in this matter. And help would be much appreciated.
