Re: Telephone harassment from a company - is there help available or advice?

I need to say, this does not include the malicious calls (calls of less than 12 seconds when I was insulted or abused.)

    or

the RPC calls that the bank omitted. these were calls regarding my complaint and calls when payment was taken but blocked by the bank.

I wouldn't be saying this unless I can prove beyond doubt that these calls happened.

I am now in the process of trying to claim benefit. I have had welfare rights ring me up to say that I should be claiming. I was unable to access the help of a solicitor when I needed one most because I could not prove my income as atos had stopped my claim.

it was impossible to present the evidence clearly as the bank made it so complicated for me to do so. I did try and I put documents into the court and into the appeal.

so, the bank know that I know what they did. I just didn't have the skill to present it clearly to the court.

in my opinion, the harassment continues and will do until I can prove how they lie to the court and in their witness statements.

in their statement they used my original record of calls list. they did not cross reference the separate call logs with the transcripts at all.

however, if you cross reference the lists and transcripts it all becomes very clear and is backed up by the banks own system notes.
