  • GE money threats

Hi new to posting on this forum just looking for some help got a mortgage with GE money in sept 2004 on an unregulated agreement got into some trouble with payments GE obtained a possession order but I managed to work out and maintain a payment arrangement.
Last march fell into difficulties again got a few months behind tried to make a payment arrangement with them again was told no full arrears had to be paid and they were enforcing possession order this went on for eight months.
I sent a begging email to GE in nov 2013 and out of the blue got a call offering to make arrangement!!!! which I took and have maintained when I asked why the change was told the possession order had expired and the solicitors has lost the original paperwork I have made a complaint about the empty threats made by GE when they were threatening eviction with no possession order but have simply said they have done nothing wrong I am unable to approach the FOS due to being an unregulated agreement just wondering if anyone has any ideas as we went through eight months of hell and stress worrying about eviction when all along they couldn't do anything
