  • 2 DCAs same un-owed car insurance debt...please help

Hi there thanks in advance for any help on this situation.

I was searching around for contents insurance and tried to buy with Direct Dial, when I tried to sign up I got a message saying I already had an account with them and there was a problem. I thought this was the server down so didn't continue.

I have since received 2 DCA letters one from Tocatto and one from Lowell within 7 days of each other saying that their client- Direct Dial says I owe them £80 on car insurance from 30/11/2010. I do not believe this to be true and I had a different car and address to where I was in 2010 so I fear I have given them new information by trying to register.

Should I be talking to Direct Dial or the DCAs, or indeed no-one?!

    Thank you

Did you have a car insured with them at that time?

NB. Also the address on both letters is misspelled if that makes a difference, they have written ******waynorth instead of ******way East, North *****

        Thank you
