    Hi Vicjapp

I will look into this in more detail tomorrow..........I will try and help as much as I can.

Do you have the name of the person at the MOJ that was not helpful. As we have contacts at the MOJ and I will take this up directly with them, but before I do:-.

Please send me by private mail your full name please and confirm if you ever signed any documents for Bank Smart, if you did are you able to scan these in and post on this thread without your personal details. A lot will depend on the Terms and Conditions you agreed too.

Your bill will not go up any further if I have anything to do with it.

      Re: vicjapp

Hi thanks for the fast response yes I did sign the very 1st document they sent me as it was so convincing I sent a copy to the MOJ they said in the reply letter to me it contains information that could mislead a consumer it also suggests that the business has a relationship with, or is acting on behalf of, your lender which is untrue, and other phrases within the letter are also potentially misleading, its not that they were not helpful at the end of the letter they said as I cancelled I was obliged to pay there fee, you will have to bare with me as I am 74 and a pensioner and disabled and a bit slow on my laptop,

Good Idea...I cannot change it in PPI, but it should be moved to Debt and Claims Management Companies area on the forum, plus the name change.
