  • BC response to CCA request.

    yo dudes!!!

just some quick and easy questions im sure; but sent a CCA request to BC, they have got back to me today informing me my contents have been noted and suggesting I CCA request their client but still contact them with my payment proposal. Also, my £1 postal Order has been returned (good of them???).

    first question is:

in the CCA request I sent out it said 'if it is your view that you are not the creditor, s.175 of the CCA1974 applies in the case of a simple assignment, and places a duty upon you to pass this request to the creditor, doesn't that technically put BC at fault for not doing this. i know its nit picking, but it would be great to annoy him a little if poss.

    second question is:

who is their client??? is it fredrickson, lowells, red or capital 1???

    confused!!!

    thanks in advance guys!
