  • County Court Summons - Capquest

Hi :-) I have received a County Court claim from Northampton CC. This is regarding an old T-Mobile debt The claimant is capquest investments ltd.

I have heard nothing about this debt for many years and is from 2009 ish.... How do I find out exactly when this was from and what is my 1st move as I have not replied via post or online regarding this due to not quite understanding whether to defend or ignore or to pay or part pay etc etc..... I have not paid towards this debt since 2009 as far as I can remember

The total sum is £364.99 - The letter is dated 4/12/2013 - I only received it yesterday.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, or just a pat on the back to say 'it'll be ok' will do ;-)

    Thanks in advance, arghhh

Re: County Court Summons - Capquest

I have completed the AOS online and ticked that I wish to defend the whole claim - I received no information with the claim, just the claim forms from the court. I am just stuck as to what letter to send and to who to ask for more information regarding this debt as I have nothing and cannot remember when I defaulted or last paid.

    Many thanks in advance
