    I went on holiday a few weeks ago,to Newqauy we drove to Fistral beach,we seat in the car for a few minute and drove off, we came back a few days later and did the same thing. A week after the holiday we got two parking tickets,What i like to know should we pay the find we didnt even get out of the car...

    I wouldn't pay.

    Dear sirs,

    I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver did not park but merely entered and considered your terms and conditions before choosing not to accept them after careful consideration. The driver then left the car park. Your charges are penal and not a genuine pre estimate of loss. If you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

    If they reject the appeal, which is likely, then appeal to popla along these lines and you'll win.
