    i am about to be unfairly dismissed, ive been bullied, my posiition has been replaced i need urgent advice. i got a call to say my job had to return to be office based ive worked remotely for 6 months i confirmed i would return to work from the office and was confirmed my contract would be honoured then 2 days later got letter at risk of redundancy. the company have not followed the redundancy procedure or policy, refused to give me my assessment, told me on my last visit to aberdeen if i did not stay and work the weeekend i would be sacked 2 weeks later all this happened. please help

    When you say your position has been replaced, do you mean that your employer no longer requires that particular job description, or do you mean that someone else is/will be doing it?

    How long have you been working for your employer?

    Do you belong to a union?
