  • Parking Eye.

    Hello Everyone!

I am another victim of Parking Eye, one of many it appears?
I ignored their letters as advised, and now I have a court summons? The car was parked in a hospital car park. I thought hospitals and shop car park fines could not be enforced? Any advice?

    Re: Parking Eye.

For the best advice you need to post up as much detail as possible. Particulars of claim, pictures of signs, letters/notices. Blank out personal information.

There have been successes, even at this stage, by contacting the land owner to have the ticket wiped out. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/....php?t=4766249

If contacting the land owner do not stop on the court case until you know it has been stopped. In the meantime use the password on the form and acknowledge service and that you will be defending the case.
