Hello, I'm new to Legal Beagles

Hi Everyone! I'm new to Legal Beagles. It's wonderful that there is a site like this giving helpful advice. I've just posted on the PPI section, and I'm hoping that others in a similar situation will have info. I'm a former Egg card holder transferred to Barclaycard and just been turned down on my PPI claim. Is that familiar to anyone, and can you Legal Beagles help please?
