    I am full time and 2 years ago I had to have 2 ops on my stomach which I believe was because I was being left on the till all day I raised a grievance about me not being allowed to do anything else it was agreed I should be rotated but it never happened in my yearly review over 1 year ago I was told I could train as cash admin it never happened now a part timer has had a op and is being trained as cash admin and I still got till have I got a case as they broke the agreement

    Are you in a union? If not, it might be a good idea to join one before you formally embark on anything.

      Yes I am used them last time that's when we made the agreement put another grievance in on Monday as to not sticking to it but they don't seem bothered so got to wait a week for them to reply x

        I concur with labman here; your union rep is best placed to take this forward.
        It may also be of benefit for you/union rep to contact ACAS, who offer a mediation service.
