  • Poor management and not being paid

I work for teleperformance and eon. I have been off sick for about a month and hhalf

Due to a complicated pregnancy and unfortunate miscarriage. I have provided them sick nnotes from my doctor to cover all many absence with ssp.
I haven done recorded conversations and told by an ops manager (who's since left the company also my team leader has left since my absence began) that I would be paid also human resources informdd me not to worry about work and that everything would be sorted as long as I provided sick notes. I was then told I hadn't left a note in to cover a certain period which I actually had left in and have proof. They've told me that payroll are claiming I'm getting unpaid unauthorised a sense for not informing them of my days off by not ringing in but I actually did each day and left message I also have proof of my calls being made. No one can tell me when I will be paid. I have literally not A penny to my name, and no idea when I will be paid. For a communications company they certainly fail to show an example of their name. Can anyone give me any advice much appreciated .
