I got another letter from AK saying they are unable to locate the CA at this time, they have removed my account from the collection process and are telling me they need more time (another 8 weeks) to find the documents required........MMMMM!:santawalk:

Its been a long time but Aktiv replied this morning saying they have been unable to find the documents requested (Credit Agreement), they say they will now return this debt to their collections department and will be in touch for payments to resume and they are offering me the 'New Deal Scheme' where I can save money on this debt! WTF!!!!!
If they cannot find the Credit Agreement then why are they even bothering to return this to the collections department???
      What should I do now?

Got another letter today (its been a long time!!) from PRA Group formerly Aktiv Kapital, which says " It is now time to settle this debt" and "you must now get in touch with us so we can arrange a payment plan for you".
This company has still not complied with my CCA request and even admitted they could not find the the CA and until then the account would be on hold, so what should I do about this latest letter? there is nothing in the letter to suggest they have found the credit agreement.

Sounds like an automatically generated letter, PRA a.k.a. Aktiv Crap are very fond of churning out generic letters like that at pre-programmed intervals, I've been receiving them regularly for the past few years, regarding a tiny balance that's now SBd.

I'd be inclined to file that one away and wait for the next one, which may not come for several months.
