Pre hearing review costs help please

    Ideally you should have come here and sought advice prior to going ahead with tribunal to be honest as then the outcome may have been different for you.
    I know, my mind was in a mess. Im still unwell years on. Not great.

    on the plus side its now been over a month from the letter about the outcome of the PHR so i think im 100% in the clear?

    ive got a couple of poor ex colleagues now going through the same thing. At least i can look forward not back but what a nasty experience, I never used to think stress/anxiety or mental health was an issue. How wrong was i!

      Yes - 99.999% you are in the clear is my view. Nothing is ever 100%!!!!
