The first is probably designed to intimidate as a WTF moment. In my view Andrex serves a better purpose. The second is a list of the charges etc they are supposed to be able to charge you, in reality Rossendales Bailiffs live in cloud cuckoo land and make it up as they go.

How many bailiff firms do we know who do that, PT? As for the Rossendales documents, I see they have won a Plain English award for them. What for - plain bull***t?

Do the Plain English Campaign know Rossendales are using their logo, or do they offer another award called the Advanced Diploma in Misinformation, Nonsense and Obsification aka a BA.
