    I'd say you should just leave it at that, they are in default of your lawful request and, while that state of affairs remains, the account is unenforceable. Let'em snooze away!

    With a bit of luck, they won't be able to find anything. ray: :bounce:

      Just to update.....as I never did. I did receive a response stating they couldn't find the necessary paperwork and agreed to write the debt off!
