  • Overdraft charges

Hi, I only very recently realised that people could claim back the £12 credit card charges for being over limit/late. Is it also possible to claim back overdraft charges. I have been paying on average about £30 a month.

Any advice would be most appreciated.

What was the £30 made up of? i am assuming charges and interest?
The current climate is that the Financial Ombudsman Service is accepting the £12 charges so I would simply say that it is unlikely that it is a route of reclaiming. However, was there PPI on the credit card? Have you been struggling with the bills and asked the bank to give you some help?
