                my wife said last full payment to halifax was sept 205 dont know the date


                she was in a debt mangment program from oct205 to sept 207 and the last payment on that was to blair scott and oliver sept 207

                        and as charges could have ppi over charged intrest on penalty charges

                          hi keith when we got paper work back from local courtit states attend befor the registar as followsdate 5 nov 20012
                          time 11.45
                          place doncaster county court


                          this was stamped 16 oct 20012


                          this came this morning from local court


                          your application to set aside a statutory demand


                          the court has received your aplication to set aside a statutory demand .


                          your aplication will no be given a hearing date immediately .it will first be referred to a district judge. if the judge considers that your
                          application shows no cause for setting the demand aside your application may be dismissed.if this happens you and the judgment creditor will be told
                          if the district judge does not dismiss your application on the first consideration you and the judgement creditor will be sent a time date when the application will be reconsidered this letter was date 16 oct 20012
