A company you have had dealings with has farmed an alledged debt out or sold an alledged account on to a DCA, Arrow & B.C.will try to collect by default, so give all the info incl copies of the letters miinus your personal details so peeps on here can advise next step, you will have to acknowledge on the net to Northampton that gives you extra time to get a defence etc sorted, others will advise also.
