  • Lowell Portfolio 1 Ltd

    Hi there
Recently, I went to court (RCJ) and manged to set aside a SD issued by Lowell Portfolio 1 Ltd. Judge ordered Lowell to pay my costs before or on the 22nd May. They haven't. I sent a recorded delivery letter to Lowell and gave them till the 29th May to pay. They haven't. I have written a complaint letter to OFT and FO, also threaten Lowell to apply for a warrant of execution. It's not a big amount (£200) but they are ordered to pay by district judge at RCJ.

What should be my next move? Clearly, I want them to pay as they caused me unnessary hassle. Any advice would be very much appreciated.
    Regards

http://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/pro...es/civil/rules, sections 70-73. Throw a book at them and remember to charge them interest on the debt. Good luck

Yep go get them, with a taste of their own medicine lol

Serves them right for not playing by the rules that they themselves expect debtors to play by.

If the OFT have got any sense, they'll strip the Leeds Losers of their CCA licence

            Hi Memo

Can you please tell me on what grounds you won your set aside application?

I have received an SD from Hampton Legal on behalf of Lowells. They are joining 3 sep Barclaycard accounts to one v large debt and not even quoting the right account numbers!

I am unsure if I should try for SA or wait and see if they try to BR me. I don't have anything so BR doesn't scare me as much as it used to!!

            Thanks

            Billy

Question? Can you charge Lowell for every letter you send them and can it be for the same amount that they would charge?

              An eye for an eye
