Just spoke to Jane in their Press Office. (she rang me) The case has been passed over to their legal and insurance teams to look at.
I asked if there was a possibility that the insurance team would take the view that the 'negligent moling incident' had caused considerable consequence to Mr Funky?
We discussed the situation somewhat and she is going to check in with the legal and insurance teams next week and call me back when there is some progress.

I'd like to thank everyone involved in helping me on this problem i had, especially Celestine who's help has been invaluable to me and my family. National Grid and I have settled for a figure out of court, which my wife and I feel is a decent amount, and much more than the £400 originally offered.
