    Re: philips bailiffs

    Hi

Do you know how much the fine was for and how much Philips have added on in charges?

I've dealt with Philips and they do like to add charges that they aren't due.

If you could let us know exactly what the letter said and if you have a breakdown of their charges that will enable us to help you.

Just won against phillips - these people on here will help you no end they did us.

have they issued you with a distress warrant. Get in touch with the court your fine was done. Find out when Philips got your warrant and why.

Get a break down by Philips - if it happens the same way it did for us they will add on and add on fees.

They will threaten you with their bailiffs fees, whatever they can throw at you but dont panic. I did but followed everything caspar and everyone said.

Believe me hun you are in good hands.

read their publications on bailiffs and have a look at the clips How to deal with bailiffs. They will show you that most of the bailiffs dont know the law. And some are really funny.

remember one thing - Philips lie all the time but their strong arm threats are to get you to pay over the top. Thank you casper et al.
